Edward co-founded IRIS software with Maggie and made her his wife in 1996.  A Certified Apartment Manager, Edward performs Etheridge Team property management activities as well as showing buyers and marketing listings.  As Director of Operations for the Etheridge Team, Edward draws on his experience as an entrepreneur and former Client Advocate for the accounting firm of Corbin and Wertz to keep everything humming along with regard to paperwork, accounting, taxes, advertising, and all the vendors the Etheridge Team deals with to make your real estate experience FIRST CLASS.
